Sheldon Ramkissoon – CEO/CFO

Sheldon Ramkisson is a Principal Managing Partner at All Support Servicing, currently serving as CEO and CFO.

Sheldon is recognized as a confident visionary who has cultivated his personal specialty in care-focused enterprise driven by his passion to reach underserved segments in the healthcare community. He boldly seizes opportunity where he sees need and brings together the financial structures, partnerships, and teams that achieve greatness by meeting those needs.

He’s led multiple companies to success including a home-care company he rescued from certain failure and grew to eleven offices across two states, and a nursing home which he repurposed into a boutique-style assisted-living facility in South Florida. It’s currently poised to acquire additional properties and triple its capacity.

In addition, he launched Elan Brand Builders which provides the full scope of marketing, messaging, and recruiting efforts across his portfolio of companies to ensure those companies’ services will reach the audiences who need them and attract the best talent the workforce offers.

Sheldon is a trusted leader who is hands-on and personally accountable. He’s a voice for advocacy in emerging care areas, always working to knock down barriers and bring underserved demographics much-needed exposure to the elusive care and support they crave.

He knows instinctively how to bring together an inspired team that will reflect his leadership example, mirror his compassion and dedication, and embrace the company culture he projects. Before acquiring All Support Servicing, he stepped away from corporate life and devoted two years to being a full-time, stay-at-home father and husband so he could better understand the
challenges and sacrifices that each of his family members would face in supporting his next big idea. He approaches business with the same respect and responsibility.

All Support Servicing is the latest but won’t be the last of his initiatives. Under his charge, the company has expanded its capabilities from the existing five areas of unlicensed care to including four specialized areas of licensed care services, now spanning 23 counties with additional planned expansions. In addition to his active leadership role with All Support Servicing, Sheldon continues to serve as Chairman, CFO, and Executive Coach across his multiple enterprises. He holds an MBA from the University of Miami’s School of Business with a specialized focus in Healthcare Administration and Policy, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida.

CAROLYN GEORGE – AREA MANAGER

Carolyn George is an accomplished Area Manager with All Support Servicing with over 17 years of experience serving our community. She always ensures the needs of individuals and families are met.
Carolyn will listen to the needs of others and make their goals possible. Because of her passion and skills, She has changed the lives of many individuals and families. She possesses such a great passion for working with individuals with disabilities. Carolyn is happily married to a wonderful husband of 22 years and has three children. One of their
children is special needs, a highly motivating factor for her and one of the reasons her heart is in this vocation. Carolyn is originally from Long Island, New York but has resided In Charlotte County Florida for 30 years.
In addition to Area Manager for All Support Servicing, Carolyn is a Supported living coach specialist and Supported employment coach specialist. She is responsible for hiring, trains staffing, and ensures staff is qualified. Carolyn’s education began in 2005 at Central Florida Institute of Training Carolyn obtained her CDA in 2006. She Continued education to complete Professional Development courses at Tallahassee Community College to further her education, and in 2012 Obtained Guardianship Certificate.

More than her role as an Area Manager her opinions are highly valued, people trust and respect her judgments.

jazmin pazol – accounting clerk

Jazmin Pazol brings several years of experience in accounting and payroll
management. She was born and raised in Bronx New York where she learned how
to be a hard worker and self-motivated. Jazmin moved to Florida 7 years ago with
her beautiful daughter. Her daughter is the reason Jazmin pushes so hard to
succeed in life each day. Jazmin loves seeing the clients smile and I love being
their voice when they need someone to fight for them. Upon living in New York
Jazmin worked as an HHA, so she knows how hard it can be for both clients and
caregivers. Jazmin likes to make sure the caregivers are just as happy with her as
my clients are. Her goal is to make sure the clients and caregivers are happy.
