Sheldon Ramkisson – CEO and CFO

Sheldon Ramkissoon is the CEO and CFO of All Support Servicing, where he also serves as a principal managing partner. Known for his visionary leadership, Sheldon has a unique talent for identifying opportunities in underserved healthcare segments and transforming them into thriving enterprises. His career is marked by a series of successful ventures, including the turnaround of a failing home-care company, which he expanded to eleven offices across two states, and the transformation of a nursing home into a boutique-style assisted-living facility in South Florida, now set to triple its capacity.
Sheldon also founded Elan Brand Builders, a company dedicated to marketing, messaging, and recruiting across his portfolio, ensuring that his companies reach the right audiences and attract top talent. His leadership style is hands-on and accountable, fostering a culture of compassion and dedication. He is a strong advocate for emerging care areas, working tirelessly to break down barriers and provide much-needed support to underserved communities.
Before acquiring All Support Servicing, Sheldon took a two-year hiatus from corporate life to be a full-time stay-at-home father and husband, gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by his family and employees. This experience has informed his empathetic approach to leadership.
Under his guidance, All Support Servicing has expanded from five areas of unlicensed care to include four specialized licensed care services, now operating in 23 counties with plans for further expansion. In addition to his role at All Support Servicing, Sheldon serves as chairman, CFO, and executive coach for multiple enterprises. He holds an MBA with a focus on healthcare administration and policy from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida.

Tomas Lozaon, MD, RN

Tomas Lozano, MD, RN, is a distinguished leader in the healthcare industry, renowned for his exceptional ability to build, guide, and lead teams. His profound knowledge of the healthcare field, combined with his compassion and innovative thinking, has established him as a top-tier executive in personal, family, and individual support services.

Tomas has a proven track record of success, making him one of Florida’s most sought-after executives. He specializes in building and maintaining multimillion-dollar organizations within the healthcare sector. His leadership has transformed client bases from 20 to over 300 at Family Home Health and revitalized stagnant organizations like Encompass, showcasing his talent for fostering innovation, compassion, and motivation among staff.

His visionary ideas not only enhance the healthcare field but also positively impact the lives of families dealing with significant healthcare events. Tomas is dedicated to cultivating the right culture by building trust within his team through a “listen first” mentality and a commitment to mutual support. This approach has been key to his productivity and the achievement of organizational goals.

Tomas’s educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Dominican Republic and a Registered Nurse qualification in the USA. His strong reputation in the community and his ability to inspire and lead make him a highly respected figure in the healthcare industry.

Tabitha Sherrick – Director of Operations

Tabitha, our Director of Operations, has been a vital part of All Support Servicing for the past few years. She brings extensive experience in caregiving within the IDD community, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and an Associate degree in General Studies. Certified in teaching, Tabitha has worked with children and adults from diverse backgrounds.

 In her role as Director of Operations, Tabitha oversees the daily operations of our organization, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively. She is responsible for managing staff, coordinating with various departments, and implementing policies and procedures that enhance our service quality. Tabitha also plays a key role in strategic planning and development, working to expand our services and improve our outreach. She is excited to implement the same level of care and dedication she provided to her students in our community for many years to come. She is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for both clients and staff, and looks forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the Director role.

Carolyn George – South Area Manager

Carolyn George is an accomplished Area Manager at All Support Servicing, with over 20 years of dedicated service to the community. She is passionate about ensuring the needs of individuals and families are met, and her commitment has positively impacted many lives. Carolyn has a special affinity for working with individuals with disabilities, driven by her personal experience as a mother to a special needs child.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Carolyn has lived in Charlotte County, Florida, for the past 30 years. She is happily married to her husband of 22 years and has three children. Her professional journey began in 2005 at the Central Florida Institute of Training, where she obtained her CDA in 2006. She furthered her education with professional development courses at Tallahassee Community College, earning a guardianship certificate in 2012.

In addition to her role as Area Manager, Carolyn is a Supported Living Coach Specialist and Supported Employment Coach Specialist. She is responsible for hiring, training, and ensuring staff qualifications. Her opinions are highly valued, and she is trusted and respected for her judgment and dedication.

Jazmin Pazol – North Area Manager

Jazmin Pazol brings several years of experience in accounting and payroll management. Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, she developed a strong work ethic and self-motivation. Eleven years ago, Jazmin moved to Florida with her beautiful daughter, who inspires her to strive for success every day.

As North Area Manager and Client Liaison, Jazmin plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients and our services. She ensures that clients’ needs are met and that they receive the highest level of support. Jazmin loves seeing clients smile and being their advocate when they need support. Her background as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in New York has given her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both clients and caregivers. She is dedicated to ensuring that caregivers are as satisfied with her work as the clients are. Jazmin’s goal is to make sure both clients and caregivers are happy.

Looking ahead, Jazmin is excited about continuing to grow in her role and making an even greater impact. She is committed to further enhancing her skills and knowledge to better serve our community, always driven by her passion for helping others and her dedication to excellence.
